Services

The data-heavy work most firms won't touch.

Specialized, technical, and scoped before it's billed. If your problem lives between ServiceTitan and your accounting system, it's probably below.

Accounting Migrations

Moving off QuickBooks Desktop — or off a legacy system entirely? I build your new QuickBooks file from your legacy data: chart of accounts, customers, and monthly trial-balance summaries, with transaction detail where it matters. History gets exported to Excel, so you keep your records without staying chained to the old system.

Customer Data Cleanup

The most common blocker when ServiceTitan customers move from QuickBooks Desktop to Online: duplicate and mismatched customer records that break the export. I clean, de-duplicate, and align your customer list with ServiceTitan — before or after migration — so exports flow without errors. Purpose-built tooling cuts downtime from days to hours.

Reconciliations

Revenue and A/R reconciliations between ServiceTitan and your accounting system are the most common ask — but any reconciliation is in scope: within one system or across several, one month or several years. If your numbers diverge, I'll show you exactly where and why.

Accounting Integration Help

Setup, repair, and tuning of the connection between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) or Sage Intacct. I led product work on all of these integrations at ServiceTitan — so I know where they break, and how to fix the workflow around them.

Not sure what's wrong? Start with Discovery.

Numbers feel off but you can't name the problem? Start with a free intro call. If it needs a closer look, a short paid discovery gets hands-on with your data and turns "something's off" into a concrete plan with scope and estimates. You don't need a fully defined problem to reach out — that's the point.

When it needs a closer look, I get hands-on with your data and map the real problem — a small block of hours, agreed up front. It produces the plan we scope from.

STEP 03

About

Matthew Huber

I spent eight years at ServiceTitan — employee #77 — building the accounting side of the product. I founded ServiceTitan's accounting professional-services team — first in, scaled it to seven — supporting customers and escalations across Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success. From there I moved to product, where I owned the Accounting & Integrations roadmap as a senior product manager, launching the V2 QuickBooks integration and overhauling the Sage Intacct integration. I started my career at Intuit, working with QuickBooks customers.

I founded TitanFlow Consulting because the hardest problems ServiceTitan customers face usually aren't in the software — they're in the data: migrations that stall, customer records that won't export, revenue that won't reconcile. That's the work I do, and there isn't much of it I haven't seen.

TitanFlow Consulting LLC is a ServiceTitan Certified Provider (Accounting, US & Canada). I work remotely with home-service businesses across North America — and alongside ServiceTitan-focused work, I also support teams on other field-service platforms such as Housecall Pro.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

How does the process work?
Three steps: a free intro call, a short paid discovery (a small block of hours you approve up front), then a scoped proposal for the project work. An NDA is available at the discovery stage if you want one. Every step — including discovery — is priced and approved by you before it starts.
What do you need from me to get started?
For the intro call — nothing. It's a conversation: you describe what's happening, and it helps to have whoever knows your books best on the line. No reports pulled, no access shared. If we move to discovery, you'll get a short checklist — typically read-only access to your accounting file and a few standard ServiceTitan exports (I'll tell you exactly which).
Will we be down during a migration or cleanup?
Cleanups and reconciliations run alongside your normal operations — no downtime. Migrations do have a planned cutover: while the move is in progress, entries made in the old system won't carry over, so we schedule around your billing and close calendar and have you pause entry — or track it simply (even a spreadsheet works) and key it in once the migration completes. Purpose-built tooling keeps that window to hours, not days.
Do you replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
No — I work with them, not instead of them. I fix the data and the system connections they rely on; day-to-day bookkeeping and tax stay right where they are. Most bookkeepers are glad to have someone translate the ServiceTitan side.
What accounting systems do you support?
QuickBooks Online and Desktop are the deepest specialty, along with Sage Intacct. I've also worked with Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise systems. On the operations side: ServiceTitan first, with experience on Housecall Pro and similar platforms.
What industries have you worked with?
Home services across the board — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, commercial mechanical, chimney and hearth, pest control, landscaping, and more.
Do you offer training?
Yes — practical training for accounting teams: QuickBooks or Sage Intacct fundamentals and, most importantly, how ServiceTitan data flows into your books. Tailored to your team, delivered remotely.
How much does it cost?
The intro call is free. If we go deeper, discovery is a small block of hours at a fee you approve before it starts. Project work is quoted after discovery — hourly or fixed-scope — and nothing begins until you've approved the scope and pricing.
Do you offer onsite visits?
Most engagements run fully remote — usually faster and cheaper for you. Onsite can be arranged when it genuinely helps; travel time and costs are billed to the client and agreed in advance.
